PROJECT & PROCESS

[Brief] Within two weeks brand, rebrand, or unbrand the local event of your choosing. Focus on quick insight, ideation, process, and explore brand identity.

[Challenges] 

What I learned: design charettes are meant to get ideas flowing instead. Dwelling on every detail of
the project isn't necessarily the goal.

Favorite aspect of the project: I enjoyed reading user reviews and understanding their complaints and suggestions. After all, we’re designing for the user, therefore their thoughts influence our designs.

Pros of working solo: My time was maximized in the sense that I didn’t have to consider another person’s schedule for this project. All of the decisions were up to me which challenged & grew my creative skills.

Cons of working solo: I couldn't share responsibilities with another person. I had to go out of my way to  bounce ideas around with my peers.

Biggest constraint: Time. Most of the project timeline consisted of research and conceptualizing. The actual ideation and creation process was crammed into a couple of days.
